Future of Work With constant advancements in technology, the demand for workers with high-tech skills has skyrocketed. Matching new business needs with skilled workers requires innovative solutions – CTA is leading a multi-pronged effort to create high-skilled employment opportunities for all Americans. We define the future of work as a result of many forces of change affecting three deeply connected dimensions of an organization: work (the what), the workforce (the who), and the workplace (the where) (figure 1).
