I've used AT&T even before I had a cell phone. The wireless service is dependable and the discount plan is just really great. The company has reached 14 fair agreements since 2017 with the unions representing its employees, collectively covering over 72,000 employees. thats too bad they are phasing this option out. not all people are into the most recent phone. & not all people break/need replacing their phone every 6 months. i know its a big chunk of at&t's market, but that doesnt mean the 2-year contract option should be phased out. now i am under no contract with anyone so i can shop around. So I have recently purchased a new phone to add line of service to my account. Paid for my phone, got my new number and was ready to have the phone shipped out. As a small business customer with an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement, you're automatically enrolled in the AT&T Exclusively Business program.
